Dear Mr. Martin,
I want to commend two of your employees, Barry Czarnecki, Operations Supervisor, and Greg Johnson, Foreman, for the outstanding job they did in my home. They were responsible for successfully completing an installation of a drain and sump pump system, replacement of the floor and pier and post reinforcement in my home's basement. They did the job and did it in an oustanding manner.
Barry was directly responsible for your getting the job. He was thorough and understanding in his sales presentation and he made the wife and I want to go with your company. In his role as Project Manager, he was demanding of nothing but the best for us and always responded immediately and with in depth answers to our questions and/or concerns.
As Foreman, Greg supervised his crew in a hands on manner. Working side by side with the crew, he insured the highest quality of work and attention to detail. He, like Barry, was always there to answer our questions and concerns. He had a great personality which made working with him a pleasure.
I would be happy to have either Barry or Greg on any other project I may need from your company. They are a credit to themselves, the company and you, the President.
