These pictures were taken from a home built in 1923. It is an old farm house up in Longmont. The customer had just moved in to his new house 1 month ago and after looking around thought that it might be a good idea to get the crawl space kings, Complete Basement Systems, out to take a look around.

We found Dead skeletons of what looked like red fox! We inspected the humidity to be at 69% and the moisture of the wood at over 28%!
